Yesterday, we said our final goodbye and paid tribute to a beautiful lady. I didn't get to see her very often, but I'll never forget her. When you walked into a room where she was, the first thing you'd see was her smile. She always walked proud and tall, and had kind words for everyone. She was a beautiful woman on the outside as well as on the inside. She was full of love and kindness. The only regret I have is that I didn't get to spend more time with her. She lived her life to the fullest up until the very end, then God took her to Heaven where she's no longer in pain.
Goodbye Aunt Ruth..say hello to Granny Green, Aunt Katy, Uncle H.C, Uncle Bill, Uncle Chock, and Uncle E for me..we will miss you until we meet again.

Saturday I attended the gathering after the Stony Point memorial service which I was too late to attend and at the gathering I looked around and realized the missing faces are getting more so as time slips by. I miss my aunt Ruth, uncle E.C., aunt Katy, and uncle Chock. We should savor the moments we have together while we still have the time.
Thanks for the tribute to aunt Ruth. She always loved the family gatherings and I especially missed her this year. Aunt Bet didn't come nor mom, but they are still with us and hopefully there will always be another year.
Love,
MOM
